How do you handle maintenance requests?
Specific procedures are in place regarding maintenance requests. When a tenant calls to
report a problem we contact the property owner to relay the problem. We make suggestions
to facilitate a swift fix and then contact vendors to get quotes. When the work is approved and
complete, the vendor will submit a bill for corrective work completed, which will be paid when
your next rent check is collected. All vendors are on a 30 day pay cycle for this reason.
