Andy is a graduate of UCLA and obtained an MBA from the University of Hawaii. His day to day tasks include communicating with homeowners to implement the best marketing program to fill vacancies in a timely manner at the highest price possible. Andy provides years of experience in the consulting, finance and mortgage industry for those who are interested in refinancing investment properties.

Danielle Lafontaine


Danielle Lafontaine graduated summa cum laude from the New England School of Communications with a BS in Marketing Communications and has a strong marketing and advertising bacspround which she now lends to her property management activities. Danielle’s roots stem from her work in advertising agencies where she worked in several industries including real estate, property management and escrow. She brings focused and creative advertising strategies to market clients’ properties using cutting edge technology and clean, effective marketing copy. She has experience in leasing and property management with single family homes, small multi-family complexes and larger apartment buildings throughout Orange County.

Smita is a graduate of Valparaiso University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Upon graduating she worked for one of the largest property management firms in Chicago, handling the day to day accounting for a portfolio of over 200 multi-family units. After moving to California, she joined Wells Fargo Investment Advisory Group as the trust fund accountant for commercial, residential, and multi-unit properties. Currently, Smita handles all aspects of property accounting and assists with any customer service issues that may arise.
